Momentum Youth Training is dedicated to nurturing the athletic potential of young athletes through a comprehensive approach that emphasizes speed, agility, and strength training. By focusing on these critical areas, the program aims to develop well-rounded athletes who excel in their respective sports and maintain overall physical health.
Our hope is athletes will join us for a minimum of 5 sessions/month to keep the cost less than $20/session

My journey from a college cross country runner to a national finalist for Camp Gladiator is a story of perseverance, dedication, and a deep passion for health and fitness. I have enjoyed a multifaceted career as a physical therapist, health coach, and fitness competitor and am committed to helping others achieve their best selves. My goal is to inspire all, reminding that with hard work, resilience, and a genuine love for what we do, we can achieve greatness in any endeavor we choose to pursue.

Having played various sports my entire life, I developed a deep appreciation for physical activity and its numerous benefits. This passion led me to become a certified personal trainer and performance coach. My dedication to promoting health and wellness extended beyond my professional career, as I also volunteered with several organizations including Head Start, children's hospitals, PTAs, and churches. These experiences enriched my understanding of diverse needs and strengthened my resolve to make a difference in people's lives.
